Shipping Policy

Purchasing Products

The online ordering system is designed to help users select the products needed and put together a list of products to be ordered. After placing an order, you will need to email or fax a signed purchase order to iSTEEP (Fax: 786-513-2881) prior to our processing and shipping the products (this requirement may be waived for returning customers). Credit card purchases are not accepted. Normal delivery is within two weeks of iSTEEP’s receipt of a purchase order.

Price Quote

Those seeking only a written price quote for materials, will have the opportunity to proceed through the ordering process, and can print the list of materials indicating the cost.

Qualified Users

iSTEEP recommends that products be purchased by qualified professionals. In most cases, this means the receiving district must be one in which training in STEEP has occurred (or is planned).  In the case of intervention manuals, we strongly recommend e-learning if no other training has been obtained.  Training helps to insure that the products are used with integrity and test security is maintained. iSTEEP reserves the right not to sell products to individuals. 

Customer Responsibility

iSTEEP is responsible for delivering the materials ordered to the requested location.  Upon delivery, please review the contents received relative to the packing slip.  If any item is missing, report it immediately to iSTEEP.  iSTEEP is not responsible for lost or missing items not reported within one week of delivery. 

Purchase Orders

Normally an order will be placed online and a customer will then use the invoice which is automatically provided by the online store to generate a purchase order reflecting the exact cost of items, processing and shipping.  A purchase order should not be submitted in lieu of online ordering.  When a purchase order is submitted, the customer should also place the order online.  If district policy prevents this, then contact iSTEEP. 

Returning Materials

Our policy is that products are sold to qualified users who are familiar with the materials ordered.  Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.  In unusual circumstances, a return may be considered by iSTEEP.  To request a return, contact iSTEEP, LLC and request a return authorization number.  Clearly state the reason for the request.  If the request is authorized, you will be provided a mailing address for returns.  Materials returned must be in original condition.  Buyer is responsible for a restocking fee of 25% (minimum charge $100), payment for damaged items, original shipping and processing costs, and return shipping costs.   To contact iSTEEP, click here

STEEP Training

STEEP training is conducted by an authorized STEEP trainer that utilizes STEEP materials and methods.  To be a STEEP trainer requires training from iSTEEP.  The purpose of this policy is to insure that the STEEP method is delivered as designed. Unqualified personnel should not use the STEEP trademark in the context of STEEP training or consulting.

iSTEEP, LLC is the sole source for all STEEP products and STEEP training services.
